Mindfulness Mavericks was started by John Nolan and Joy Taylor, two Sheffield based Mindfulness/Meditation practitioners each with over 20 years experience in the fields of natural health enhancement, personal development and mind/body healing. They've trained and studied extensively with many high calibre teachers in their respective health and wellbeing related fields including Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler (Co-creator of NLP) and Shamash Alidina (Author of Mindfulness for Dummies and several other mindfulness books).
