The Lifestyle Centre opened in march 2008. All the profits generated by our business are reinvested back into the community to assist the social and economic regeneration of Beighton and Sothall. What we have to offer you... Beightons only on site cafe, free on site parking,disabled access, community room hire, therapy rooms available by the hour, offices suitable for small businesses. Our opening times are 9am-9pm monday - friday , 10.30-1pm saturdays, saturday afternoon and sundays by appointment only. We offer a mixed timetable which includes a range of fitness classes such as free legal clinics, childrens french classes, kumon (maths and English for Children), yoga and lsimming world.
