We specialise in deep tissue/sports massage therapy.
If you’re struggling with tight muscles, aches and pains or need help preparing for a sporting event then we are the people to see.
We don’t just help athletes, we help office workers, barbers and anyone who is struggling.
Our massages and therapy sessions can include a mix of massage techniques, cupping, rockpods, muscular energy techniques and mobilisation.
All initial sessions are for 1 hour and consist of full assessment, postural analysis and plans for treatment as well as massage.
Fully qualified and insured therapist.
