Claypenny Properties was formed in 1994 and has an impressive portfolio of Sheffield properties that are equipped to provide a high standard of student living accommodation in the most popular locations.
Claypenny Properties now provides accommodation to over 550 Sheffield students in over 100 properties. This success has been possible through commitment to the student market, a high level of service, the wide range of facilities we offer and the reputation we have earned due to the genuine level of care that we offer to our customers.
Our office is located on the corner of Ecclesall Road and Collegiate Crescent, outside the entrance to the Sheffield Hallam University (Collegiate campus), making it easy for our tenants to visit us.
