Mental Health Football Academy Co-Ordinator
FAD FC are looking for dedicated individuals who have commitment and drive to set up our Equality & Inclusion Football Academy. You will be working from your own home in your spare time. Targets will need to be met however.
The Academy will run a 2 hour Football session per week with possibilities to expand. The sessions are aimed to include individuals experiencing Mental Health Issues of all ages.
The role will include;
1. Contacting Organisations to find and secure adequate indoor facilities for the Football Sessions to take place. This may involve meeting with Organisations though we are happy to discuss this.
2. You will also be responsible for promoting the Academy via appropriate Marketing to encourage Individuals experiencing Mental Health Issues to participate in Football sessions
3. Setting up and organising of teams and also responsible for overseeing each session which will be held once per week.
4. You will need to liaise with Coaches once the Academy is up and running as we aim to then provide Coaching sessions
5. You will be required to attend meetings with the Committee board as and when required, usually once per month. You will also need to keep detailed records of the work you have done in order for FAD FC to maintain their targets.
